The Company is aware of the importance of the Corporate Governance based on the rules and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Every level in the organization has taken the Principles of Good Corporate Governance as a guideline to ensure the transparency, promote management efficiency, create value for all stakeholders and enhance competitive advantage. The Board of Directors has placed a strong emphasis on the good Corporate governance and review the Corporate Governance policy every year to ensure strict compliance with the relevant rules and regulations.

According to the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2017, the analysis of Corporate Governance (“CG”) performance compared to the overall Stock Exchange of Thailand (“SET”) and peers in the same business sector shows that the Company has been recognized as a well performer with a good CG Scoring.
