คุณสมบัติ:
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Finance or Accounting, or Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Myanmar
  • Excellence interpersonal skills
  • 1-4 years of work experience, experience in a same role is a plus
  • Must be a self-starter with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
  • Discipline, open-minded, and fast learner
  • Previous experience in Power & Utilities industry, EPC company, Real Estate Development, Asset Management willbe desirable but not required
  • Thai speaker with ability to read and write Thai is a plus but not required
  • Fluency in a third language such as Chinese is a plus but not required
  • Fluency in a third language is a plus but not required
  • Able to travel abroad upto 1-2 weeks in a month and to rural area
รายละเอียดของงานและความรับผิดชอบ:
  • Assist Manager and lead some modules of the project independently and will mainly coordinate with various parties about various issues
  • The roles may include
    • Coordinate with contractor, suppliers, and customers to complete import and export documentation
    • Structure and devise strategy for the project, including identifying operational issues and risks associated
    • Search and refine solutions and propose to the Management, as well as execute to solve or prevent issues on a timely basis in all aspects
    • Develop and complete market study, taking into consideration the industry trends, competitors’activities, overall market performance, potential partner
    • Prepare necessary analysis and presentation, i.e. Board of Directors approval presentation, any other analysis reports or presentation materials required by the work process and by the Management
    • Liaising external parties such as Lenders by preparing presentation and giving project information for Banks
    • Liaise with Myanmar Government Agencies
    • Work with local Myanmar team to ensure operational plan align with investment criteria and executed effectively
  • Coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth operation of the project
  • Assist in administrative tasks as requested by the Management
